The Plant Observatory - Arabidopsis thaliana Ressource Center
The Biological Resource Centre (BRC) collects, produces and characterizes Arabidopsis thaliana plants with different genetic characteristics, for example natural variants or mutants. These resources are both distributed to the scientific community and used in BRC research projects.
The Plant Observatory - Cytology/Imaging
The imaging and microscopy platform gathers a unique ensemble of expertise and instruments dedicated to the cytology and microscopy of plant cells and tissues. It is organized into five workshops: cytogenetics, in situ hybridization, immunocytochemistry, microscopy and laser microdissection
The Plant Observatory - Chemistry/Metabolism
The Chemistry and Metabolism platform is dedicated to the quantification of hormones and signaling molecules, characterisation of plant chemical compounds, primary and specialised metabolites and plant biomass. The Platform provides this service to the international community.
The Plant Observatory - Plant Facilities
The plant growth observatory platform (Observatoire du Végétal - Cultures de Plantes) hosts glasshouses and growth chambers dedicated to the production of high-quality material for IJPB research projects. It is also available upon request for public and private laboratories.
